Why SiteSignal exists

Zoning and entitlement determine what can be built, where, and under which conditions — but the rules live in dense ordinance text, overlays, procedures, and cross-references. SiteSignal turns that complexity into a computable rules layer and clear explanations, so teams can move from uncertainty to defensible decisions.

We’re in Beta, working closely with early users to validate workflows for acquisition, entitlement, design, and underwriting. This page outlines our staged plan as we scale coverage and capability.

Stages
  1. Company Vision
The problem we’re solving and our mission.
  2. Founder
    Experience, track record, and ownership.
  3. What we’ve built
Zoning AI, Codes, Rezonings, Subdivision data.
  4. Where we’re headed
    Coverage expansion, compare, reporting, APIs.
  5. How we’ll get there
    Milestones, partnerships, and hiring plan.
